“I always like to make sure all the doors are closed and all the windows are open at home,” says 20-years-old Leander. “Otherwise, I feel trapped. My biggest inspiration is my mom. She’d always make sure I have my head on my shoulders and my heart in my hands.”
Leander enjoys Judo, water skiing, basketball, tennis and above all soccer (he plays as a goalkeeper). “My workout routine? Every morning a cold shower, 40 push-ups, 30 leg raises, 80 seconds plank and 20 diamond push-ups. I always eat healthy, ride my bike a lot and never take the escalator.”
