Fashion model Luis represents Poland at the upcoming Mister Universe pageant. But he’s more than a pretty face and a made-for-the-runway body.
What are your biggest accomplishments?
I made my parents proud –I’m blessed every time I see them happy. I was able to travel at a young age, explore the world and build a lifestyle for myself that allows me to see and experience so many amazing things through my own hard work. Given the fact that I didn’t grow up in a rich household, that makes me real proud.
Tell us about your workout routine.
I go to the gym every day and try to get enough sleep. My diet is mostly protein-based.

What came first: the world of social media or the world of modeling/fitness for you?
Social media came first… in my opinion social media is the gate to the world. If the right person sees you, it can be life changing.
How do you maintain a balance of your physical well-being and your mental well-being?
First, I need my workouts. For me it’s like releasing pressure every time I can lift heavy weights. And I need my family, my friends.
Do you consider yourself a romantic type?
For the right woman I’ll always be romantic. This is my idea of the perfect date is: sunset dinner at the beach, candles on a lonely table, nobody else around, soft music and great food.

You’ll represent Poland at the upcoming Mister Universe pageant. How did you get involved in this?
It was just luck, I didn’t apply for the competition, I received a message from the president of Mr. Universe. The actual mister Poland signed a contract which didn’t allow him to participate anymore, and somehow the universe led the president to me. Luckily, I had my nationality in my Instagram bio.
Is there anything different you do in preparation for the live show in Los Angeles?
I’ve always worked out a lot, but now I’m focusing on my nutrition. I was taught how to walk on stage by models like Miss Czechia 2024 Justyna Zednikova and the great makeup artist Andy Chun.
