Born in Cadiz, 25-year-old Trillo calls Madrid home. He’s a personal trainer and very serious about fitness:
“My journey began in 2015,” he says. “I didn’t like my body back then: In the summer, I wore sweatshirts and baggy clothes to hide it. I started going to the gym, but I felt lost. My friends all had their partners, you know. I was alone and depressed: I hit rock bottom, but then I decided to improve my relationship with myself. Months went by, I looked better and better, I felt more comfortable in my own skin, overcame depression and gained more self-esteem. Fitness is all-important to me: In the last few years I’ve helped more than 450 people achieve their transformation, the way I have achieved my own.”
Do they all look like Trillo? We doubt it. But we’re excited to showcase HIS chiseled body, his dazzling smile and, yes, his bike on Playgirl. It was Trillo’s first time posing nude: He’s a natural, won’t you agree?
